The wines
Perfect Day Every Day Red
Every Day red is a nicely balanced
red blend based on Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon
and Merlot. Richly flavoured red wine
with hints of chocolate, berries, herbal
spice, earthy notes and cedar overtones
rounded off with softer vanillin oak.
Very easy drinking and will not disappoint.

Perfect Day Every Day White
Every Day White is a Classic Dry blend.
It shows fresh, crisp, citrus characters
from the Verdelho, Colombard and Semillon
parcels and creamy tropical fruit characters
of white peach and pear from the chardonnay.
On the nose, this wine comes to life with
fresh, young, citrus bouquet with floral notes
and flinty overtones.

Perfect Day Cabernet Merlot

Cabernet Merlot Blend showing lovely
fruit structure style and balance from an
exceptional vintage on the Granite Belt.
With Eucalypts and lovely earthy notes
on the nose.
Rich, ripe berry fruit of raspberries and
cassis with a velvety mouth feel and hints of
vanillin oak.
820 Above Cabernet Sauvignon
(2 Awards)Sirromet's Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in a cool
climate at 820 metres above sea level.
2006 vintage saw quality fruit soured from
Sirromet's Granite Belt vineyards.
This rich Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits
dense berries, briars, raspberry jube characters,
firm berry and soft powdery tannins.
820 Above Pinot Gris
(11 Awards)Pinot Gris was soured entirely from Sirromet's
Night Sky and St Jude's vineyards on the Granite
Belt. As Sirromet's Pinot Gris plantings from the
Seven Scenes vineyards provides perfect growing
conditions for Late Harvest wines. This wine
style shows fresh, rich, varietal characters and a
harmonious balance of fruit and acidity.
820 Above Shiraz
Pinot Gris was soured from select parcels
from our Granite Belt vineyards. This Shiraz has
has a percentage of Viognier added for extra
complexity and texture.
Fresh, medium bodied, rich red berry fruits
with a good fruit weight, lovely firm powdery
tannins and complimented by a sweet
berry fruit finish.
Sirromet Sparkling PV(Red)
(12 Awards)Sirromet's Sparkling PV is hand crafted by our
winemakers and delivers a wines style superior in
colour, balance, structure and finesse
Full bodied sparkling red
showing rich berry characters,
elegant tannins and hints of rhubarb, chocolate and
candied jubes.
Seven Scenes Cabernet Sauvignon
(37 Awards)Rich Cabernet Sauvignon exhibiting dense forest
floor characters, concentrated cassis and vanillin
oak influences intense, powerful and ripe.
Cabernet Sauvignon showing lovely, firm berry
fruit and soft powdery tannins. Well structured

Seven Scenes Chardonnay
(67 Awards)This Chardonnay exhibits true Granite Belt
regional mineral characters with hints of citrus,
tangerine, tropical melon, cashew and vanillin oak.
elegant Chardonnay with no malolactic fermentation.
The results, a wine with great structure,
lovely fruit, oak and acid balance.
