Snow Road Cabernet Merlot

A classic blend of rich blackberry and mint falvours of Cabernet Sauvignon and the soft tobacco leaf characters of Merlot.

These two varieties combine to offer a style that is rich yet soft on the palate,. Made to be consumed in it's youth but will benefit from 2- 5 years of cellaring.

High Plains Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from a single vineyard in the upper reaches of the King Valley and 40% aged in French oak Barrels.

Ripe fresh cassis and herb aromas are backed up by the dense rich blueberry fruit and chocolate flavours on the palate.

Fine yet restrained tannins give the wine a robust yet elegant texture

High Plains Chardonnay

Sourced from a single vineyard in the upper reaches of the King Valley.

Fresh peach and stone fruit aroma enhanced by subtle vanillin oak. Ripe tropical fruit flavours with a rich mouth filling palate finishing long and crisp.

A seamless structure showcasing classic cool climate fruit flavours.
